Q: Can I order lace fabric samples?
A: Yes, you can. A standard size sample is a swatch of fabric 10 cm wide (or wider upon individual request). The price for a sample is based on the price per one metre of fabric. Luckily,we offer free samples for most of our lace fabrics when you place any order.

Q: How soon will I get my order?
A: Delivery time depends on the logistics company that will ship your order. We mainly use DHL,Fedex,UPS and ePacket to send your order.To most of countries,your order will arrive in 3-15days(excluding holidays and weekends). Tracking No. will be issued after shipment in 3 days.

Q: What shall I do if I don’t receive my order in time?
A: Once the order is ready for shipment, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time and provide a tracking number so that you can track your parcel. A: The minimum order quantity in our online shop is  1m or yard or 5 yards. If you need a smaller cut, please contact our customer service to find out if it applies to the lace fabric you have selected.

A: We recommend that you dry clean the garments made of our lace fabrics.

Q: How much lace fabric do I need to buy?
A: The amount of fabric required for your use depends on how will use the lace fabric to do. If you use it to make your exclusive dress and work with a designer or a tailor, we recommend that you consult with them on the amount of fabric required for a garment before placing an order.
