Shipping Method

Item will be shipped by DHL,Fedex,UPS, ePacket or our own shipping method to most of countries.Tracking No. will be given after delivery in 3 days.For african countries,we will use our agent to deliver, tracking No. may cannot be given at most of the time.

Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his/her convenience, check the location of their package and arrival expectancy.

Customs Duties

International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges.

Combined Orders

Bestway Lace reserves the right to combine pending orders if the recipient name and shipping address are identical in an effort to deliver products quickly and efficiently.

Force Majeure

We have the right to cancel the order if any above carrier can not deliver your parcel to your location due to logistics temporary changes.
