- lace has been cut or washed
- lace samples
Before uploading to the website, we test our photos on several custom calibrated monitors to minimize color mismatch. However, colors may vary depending upon your monitor settings. You can also order samples of the lace fabrics you like, which will be a true representation of texture, color, and brightness.
Customs duties may occur in some countries at some times.Customer should pay for it to collect your parcel. If it's because of customs duty,customer refuse to collect the parcel and ask for refund,we don't accept. However, we have experience and try our best to diminish cost for your each purchase.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Each piece of lace and fabric has been inspected carefully by our factory, warehouse and shipping clerk before shipping.Before shipping,we will also confirm with our customers before shipping.We don't accept refund unless goods are damaged due to logistics misoperation, if so, please confirm the problem with carrier and also inform us at the same day when you receive the parcel/items.
If you are returning an damaged item, please follow the procedure below:
- Please Mark the parcel/items as a Return of Zero Value. Failure to do so will otherwise incur a customs fee which the seller Bestway Lace cannot be liable for and thus the parcel will be returned to sender which may come at further cost to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over US$50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have been notified of a wish to Return all or a part of an order; and that it has been agreed in principle then Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification in the same condition as they were received. Once your items have been received, you will be notified. Once the contents have been inspected and passed, a refund shall then be authorised. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to show up in your account. Please Note : If any items/orders are returned to Bestway Lace without having followed all the above procedures, then Bestway Lace reserve the right to refuse the issue of a refund.
